Art Classes with Kate McManus

Ms. Kate is an enthusiastic and multifaceted instructor with an extensive background in creative arts. She graduated from FSU with a dual-degree in Theatre and Media Production, and spent six years in Los Angeles working mainly as an Art Department production assistant and coordinator.  Kate taught Drama in the Duval County Public School system for three years to both middle and high school students and continues to share her love of the arts with children as a teaching artist with ArtLife Studios.

Paper Mache, origami, sun prints, mandalas, collages, mosaics, nature self portraits, dioramas, and more!  Learn all kinds of tricks and techniques and then decide what you want to focus on creating. Instructor Kate will work to make sure each student has what they need to stay inspired and productive. Ms. Kate gives students the opportunity to work on their individual creation(s) at their own pace, and receive individualized instruction to help them grow and refine their skills. Her class is perfect for kids who love art, and love to do their own thing!
