2021 Fall Classes Coming Soon!

Summer Camp Information:

Summer camp, and the summer camp waiting list are now full. We're sorry we missed you this year, and hope you'll come back and see us next summer! Be on the lookout for more classes and activities coming soon!

Below is a list of frequently asked questions about summer camp, for those already enrolled.

Summer Camp FAQ's:

My child is already enrolled for camp, but their relative/friend is on the waiting list, can I just add them to my registration to get them in? Unfortunately, no. The waiting list is based on the number of students attending camp, not on the number of forms submitted.

My child is under 5 years old, but they are very smart/their sibling is attending, can they attend the camp? We're sorry, but children under 5 years old may not attend. But they are welcome as soon as they turn 5!

How do I pay for camp?

Click here to pay online, or pay with cash, a check, or card in person when you drop off.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes! The discount depends on the total number of weeks for which you are enrolling. The total that you owe will be emailed to you along with payment information.

Is there a sibling discount for early or late camp?

No. Early and late camp are $10 each per child per day.

What does a typical day look like?

Artists are spontaneous creatures, and different things happen each week, and sometimes each day! Although we sometimes watch a movie, it's not what we'll be doing most of the time. Different classes may be offered each day, but below is an example of what a typical day might look like:

9:00 am - 10:15 am - Canvas painting

10:15 am - 10:35 am - Snack and playground time

10:40 am - 11:55 am - Drama

12:00 pm - 12:55 pm - Lunch and playground time

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Music

2:05 pm - 3:05 pm - Dance

What happens during early and late camp?

In the past, early and late camp meant watching a movie or putting a puzzle together, and while we might do that sometimes, we think we've all had enough screen time over the last year. This summer early and late camp will be structured classes, just like the rest of camp! Kids in early and late camp can look forward to things like gardening, cooking, art, yoga and other great activities.

If my kid isn't doing early or late camp, does that mean they miss out on gardening, cooking, yoga or other classes?

Nope! Those classes will happen at times during the regular schedule as well. Remember, different classes will be offered from week to week, and different classes will be offered during early and late camp from week to week.

What if I can't afford to pay for camp?

You may qualify for a scholarship. To get more information about scholarships please email rcacartsdirector@gmail.com

If my child is signed up for all 9 weeks of camp, can I pay in payments of $100 at the start of each week?

Individual weeks are $125. If you want to pay as you go, that is the amount you will need to pay each week. However, once you get to week 7, ($875) you will owe just $25 for the remainder of the camp.
